Our mission
Working Group 5 was founded in 2019 to accelerate efforts to fully decarbonize the cargo-handling facilities in ports. The members envision an online portal to house up-to-date real-world information on the state of zero-emissions terminal equipment and infrastructure planning for ports worldwide to access. This data sharing and open discussion will aid in policy making and the ultimate transformation to carbon free Ports.
